How we operate
We are an R&D-stage business. Roles are broad, ownership is real, and the work shifts as the science and the commercial conversations move. We do not run an engineering org chart that maps to product modules; we run a chemistry team, a software team, and a commercial team that converge weekly on what the next polymer batch should be and which resort, rink, or licensor should see it first.
We do not require relocation, but we strongly prefer Dublin or Varese for any role with a lab or commercial-relationship component. Remote-friendly roles exist on the software and discovery-engine side. We pay competitively against London / Dublin / Munich benchmarks for the relevant function, with equity in SnowLabs Limited for senior and lab roles.

Wet lab — Varese
Senior polymer chemist
Lead synthesis of ultra-high MW free-radical polymers and characterisation by AF4-MALS, DSC, and splat IRI. PhD plus 3+ years industrial polymer experience. NCA polymerisation experience a strong plus.
AI engine — Dublin / remote
Senior ML engineer, polymer discovery
Own the discovery loop: candidate generation, property prediction, IP-aware ranking, and wet-lab feedback ingestion. Strong PyTorch / JAX, experience with cheminformatics (RDKit) or protein structure prediction is a plus.
Commercial — Varese
Head of EU pilot programme
Run the SL6733 2026/27 lab-pilot cohort end to end: resort selection, dosing protocol, on-site assay, regulator engagement. Native or near-native Italian; German or French strongly preferred.
Corporate — Dublin
Head of IP and licensing
Architect the licensing framework that monetises DeepSnow Srl's IP across snow, ice rink, food, biologic, and cryopreservation verticals. Qualified IP lawyer or experienced patent professional with deal-structuring track record.
