What is in place today
- Legal entity
- SnowLabs Limited (Ireland, CRO 799095). The Italian operating entity, DeepSnow Srl, is in formation; see Corporate Structure.
- Lead product
- SL6733 — a two-component polymer additive for snowmaking. Ultra-high molecular weight anionic poly(acrylamide-co-sodium acrylate) plus a cold-water-swelling starch nucleator. 6-7.6 ppm operational dose. Engineered for a +3°C wet-bulb advantage and a dial between volume mode (+50% snow per shift) and economy mode (~50% less water and energy per shift).
- AI discovery engine
- Operational. Ranks candidate polymer architectures by predicted ice-binding affinity, IRI potency, and manufacturability. IP-aware design — engineered around competitor claims (Snomax, Lontra Bio WO2024258965A2 and adjacent). Producing the DS-100 sAFGP and DS-400 ice-rink pipeline.
- EU lab-pilot programme
- Targeted for the 2026/27 ski season across alpine markets (Italy, Austria, France, Germany, Switzerland). Commercial deployment from the 2027/28 season.
- Public-facing presence
- Four-language commercial platform (English, Italian, German, French), live at deepsnow.tech. Pilot operators can run the SL6733 Margin Multiplier calculator and request a pilot conversation directly from the homepage.
The naming convention
"SnowLabs" is the operating brand for the snow product line and the name of the existing Irish parent entity (SnowLabs Limited). "DeepSnow" is the platform brand: the AI discovery engine, the cross-vertical polymer IP, and the broader pipeline. Once the Italian operating entity (DeepSnow Srl) is incorporated, it will house the platform-brand activities. The two names reflect a deliberate architectural choice — to keep the science platform decoupled from any single market application so that adjacent verticals (ice rinks, food, pharma cold chain, cryopreservation) can be licensed without entangling the snow brand or its operational risk profile.
