Ownership and reporting
SnowLabs Limited is the sole consolidating reporting entity today. DeepSnow Srl, once incorporated in Italy, is expected to be a wholly-owned operating subsidiary and will consolidate into the group financial statements from the financial year of its incorporation. SnowLabs Limited prepares unaudited management accounts on a quarterly basis and, beginning with the financial year following first commercial sales, will commission annual statutory audits in Ireland in accordance with the Companies Act 2014 (Ireland). Any further entity that may be required for non-Italian operational presence (e.g. a US or Swiss subsidiary) is contingent on commercial traction in those markets and is not currently planned.
